Brian leads our transactional, business, and real estate practices utilizing his vast experience. He has developed experience with over 40 years of practice in negotiating contracts, handling business and real estate purchases, sales, leasing and refinancing, and when needed, business and real estate litigation.

Brian focuses on zoning and land use matters, representing builders, developers, and land use boards throughout his career. He has appeared before over 30 boards in over a dozen different counties in New Jersey and currently represents two land use boards.

Brian is also adept at representing creditors in bankruptcy courts utilizing his combined knowledge of real estate and creditors’ rights law.

Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where he eventually obtained his Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy. His strong academic background has continually proven an asset in and out of court.

He was an associate attorney there for several years, and then spent several additional years with Olsen & Henry, LLC.
